Privacy Policy
Bratic' Designs will keep your personal details confidential and secure. We will not
sell, rent, lease or loan your personal information to anyone or any business. We will
only utilise your personal details to provide you with a personalised service.
Payment Methods
Currently direct deposit is available. Direct deposit information will be available to
you once you have proceeded to the check out. Cheques and money orders are also
accepted however products will not be sent out until they have been cashed.
Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal however a fee of $0.30 plus 2.4% of the purchase price will be charged to cover merchant costs.
Pricing and product availability
Prices listed on Bratic' Designs are in Australian dollars. We endeavour to ensure
pricing is correctly listed however we reserve the right to correct mistakes in pricing
should they occur and will notify you for reconfirmation. Stock is limited on this site,
should we be out of certain stock you will be informed ASAP. Bratic' original's are
one off pieces therefore stock may run out quickly however alternative pieces can be
made upon request. We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused.
Shipping - Delivery
Once payment has been process we will endeavour to ship your goods to you within
48 hours unless otherwise advised. In most cases delivery can be expected within 7
days however we are not responsible if delay occurs by the postage service used.
Delivery costs
Products are delivered by Australia post by regular, express or registered post.
Registered items must be signed for. Registered post is recommended to ensure the
safety of delivery. Once you have placed your order we will send you postage costs
for confirmation.
Return and Refund policy
We endeavor to describe and represent our products accurately so please choose
carefully as products cannot be returned because of change of mind or wrong decision
on your behalf. Items are individually checked before postage and we do not take
responsibility if items are damaged through the post.
If you wish to return and item please contact us via email and quote your receipt
number along with your reason for return. Once this is received and approved we will
contact you with return confirmation. Returns may only be made within 14 days. Feel
free to contact us should you have any problems with our products.
Returns will be accepted if an item is faulty. Items must be returned in original
packaging and tags attached. Faulty items will be replaced or returned if a
replacement product is not available. Customer is responsible for postage return to
Bratic' Designs however return to customer will be the responsibility of Bratic'
Designs.
Once we have received the returned items, we will email you within 72 hours. All
returned items must be accompanied with your name and email address and original
receipt. We will not be held accountable for delays should return information not be
enclosed with returned item.
Membership Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
and password.
If you are under 18 you may use our website with the involvement of a parent or
guardian.
Bratic' Designs reserves the right to refuse, terminate accounts, remove, edit or
cancel orders at their own discretion.
